Pozole
History
Corn, a gift from the Gods, was a sacred plant. Pozole was once reserved for special occasions among the Nahua peoples. Today it comes in red, green, and white versions.
The Experience
Traditional soup with whole white corn kernels, seasoned with oregano. Pork or chicken option, served with romaine lettuce and radishes.
